We were at the verge of giving up on house hunting when we saw a billboard with the contacts 0700 350 350 near quickmart in Rongai. We immediately called and the lady on the other end promised to link us to one Steve (0714 287 940) but she didn’t tell us who he was.
Immediately Steve called us and directed us to the apartments, which we totally loved. What has made me do this post is because of the warm and constant follow up we got from your staff.
We can attest 💯 that your customer support is top notch! Steve later linked us with Mr. Robert (0719 583 759), who picked up from there. When we paid and moved in, Robert ensured we we comfortable, inspected the house, and addressed all our concerns on time.

My name is Chané Jackson, and I relocated to Nairobi, Kenya last week from Mexico City. I really want to show gratitude and hope you all do as well to Ms. Eunice of PMC Estates for everything she did prior to me relocating, and after arriving in this beautiful city. From her warm smile to her professionalism and punctuality, she was very easy to work and communicate with, helpful, patient, accommodating, kind, and nice before, during and after my entire transition. She went out of her way to make sure I was safe, comfortable, content, and satisfied with all the hard work and time she dedicated to making this move as pleasurable and less stressful as possible. From her accepting my calls late at night once arriving to the airport after midnight, to getting me a trustworthy and reliable taxi for transportation, to showing me around and telling me about the city, to even teaching me a few Swahili words, she was awesome, and treated me like we have known one another for years, and I could have not wished for anything more or better. I just wanted to truly show my appreciation, recognition and gratefulness for her, and I hope you all do the same at the company.
